About Veronika
After several years in institutional investment and fund management, I founded Flowestate Consulting to help real estate companies turn complex challenges into clear decisions.
I work as an integrated partner to management teams, investors and developers — combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Whether it’s evaluating investments, structuring partnerships or navigating critical project phases, my focus is always on creating practical solutions that move projects forward.
Working on pan-European real estate investments and asset management at Catella gave me a deep understanding of navigating complex transactions, investment structures and stakeholder landscapes. Today, I bring that institutional perspective with the flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset of an independent advisor.
My academic background in International Real Estate Management (B.A.) and Real Estate Economics (M.Sc. IREBS) is complemented by international experience gained through studying in the UK, Tanzania and China and working in the Netherlands.
I believe the best real estate decisions happen when analytical depth meets human understanding. When strategy aligns with execution, capital finds the right opportunities and the right people come together at the right time. That’s the philosophy behind Flowestate.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me somewhere between the mountains and the sea — where I find the clarity and perspective that inspire the way I approach both business and life.
